NSMConnect

However you choose to connect, you’re in the loop. NSMConnect is the official app from National Seating & Mobility (NSM) — the team that keeps power wheelchair and mobility equipment users moving. It brings your chair’s health, your order status, and fast access to NSM service together in one simple, free app.

Whether you need a repair, a battery replacement, or just an answer, NSMConnect gives you clarity, confidence, and support whenever you need it.

★ STAY CONNECTED TO NSM Your local branch, customer support, and NSM Remote Service are just a tap away. When your power wheelchair needs attention, reach the right people fast.

★ FIND YOUR NEAREST BRANCH NSMConnect locates the NSM branch closest to you and lets you save a home branch, so help is always easy to find across NSM’s 160+ full-service locations nationwide.

★ TRACK YOUR ORDERS AND REPAIRS Look up where your equipment order or wheelchair repair stands, see what happens at each step, and get a clearer picture of what’s next — on your time, day or night.

★ KNOW YOUR CHAIR’S HEALTH Pair a compatible wheelchair over Bluetooth to see battery and equipment health at a glance. NSMConnect works alongside the NSM Sidekick — your power wheelchair’s early warning companion — so small issues get caught before they slow you down.

★ GET A HEADS-UP, NOT A SURPRISE NSMConnect gives you a friendly heads-up for the things that matter most:

• Routine maintenance — a simple reminder every six months to keep your chair performing at its best.

• Low battery health — know early, with plenty of time to plan a replacement on your schedule.

• A detected issue — a clear, plain-language message with one easy thing to try, plus exactly when to call.

★ NO ACCOUNT NEEDED Get started right away. NSMConnect is free for NSM clients — no login required. A connected chair is only needed for equipment health monitoring; order tracking, branch finder, and support work for everyone.

NSMConnect keeps communication moving — helping you stay in the loop, stay ahead, and keep rolling with confidence.
