This app is good, but the lectures are too lengthy and slow. Please add 1.25x and 1.50x speed options.

The NSOU App is a very good and useful application for students. The interface is simple, smooth, and user-friendly. Actually I changed my device and now the issue is I forgot the password, so try to change the password, while changing the password it requires OTP, and I'm not getting otp form the app on the same number, now I want a resolution of it. Oh gosh, how can people say such good things about the app? Well, I recently got admitted in the University and received my enrollment certificate.but when I try to log in to this app, it shows the user invalid. I try to change my password, but it shows my number is not authenticated. Such a poor app. This problem needs to be fixed.
