It's a great app but now suddenly I'm unable to use. Actually I changed my device and now the issue is I forgot the password, so try to change the password, while changing the password it requires OTP, and I'm not getting otp form the app on the same number, now I want a resolution of it. Please provide.

The NSOU App is a very good and useful application for students. The interface is simple, smooth, and user-friendly. After logging in, semester-wise information and study materials are easy to access. However, while reading the semester-wise books, the text requires zooming to read properly, which causes slight inconvenience. Apart from this minor issue, everything works perfectly well. I respectful.....

Oh gosh, how can people say such good things about the app? Well, I recently got admitted in the University and received my enrollment certificate.but when I try to log in to this app, it shows the user invalid. I try to change my password, but it shows my number is not authenticated. Such a poor app. This problem needs to be fixed.

This is the Worst app I have ever seen for education purpose. Since last three months I could not log in my account, I try with my ph number for login my account but nothing is working 😞 and when I select the forget password no OTP is being sent on my number, the app is totally useless now for me. It's a failure for a distance university like NSOU where everything is worked by online.
