My NSRS app suddenly shows NSRS is not compatible with Samsung Galaxy A13 mobile. It didn't able to instal. Kindly resolve this issue

Doesn't work on iphones... Specially purchased Redmi 6A 4 moths back, on which it worked initially, then after some update it stopped working on REDMI 6A as well.
