I got my new bite alarms off my wife today there new direction s9 with receiver didn't need to connect them as they already where which was handy I don't know wot everyone's on about with app not working its working amazingly well for me all alarm functions work on the app alarm battery life vol tone sensitivity night light so on there the best bit of kit I've ever owned by a long way and the app is the most amazing thing to happen to bite alarms hats off new direction on this beauty's

what's gone on with nd and nds is disgusting and customers are being left in the cold, now have useless k9s alarms and divvy light all useless as they have removed them from app, do not buy anything form these cowboys customers are not thier first thought

Will not download to my Samsung flip 6. Keeps stating "check device has network connection" which it has ! Just ordered R15 alarms, looks like I won't be using the app with them!
