I was excited to try this technology. My Aunt has been using Nuance glasses for almost 1 year. Although there has been 1 update--this technology did not, in my opinion, provide the solution I had hoped for. Before I consider another pair for my Aunt, I would have to be shown she will receive improved Benefits.

Pretty my much what I expected. Glasses look nice, fit well, aren't heavy, app is fine -- signed up easily, calibrated noise level and voice, and paired fairly quickly with my One Plus phone. The app is uncomplicated and fairly easy to use. Does NOT connect to play music or phone calls, which would be a great idea. Sound quality of glasses is pretty good, volume is fine, background noise suppression is not great, directionality works reasonably well. Battery life: ok, doesn't last all day.

I cannot register on my lg v50 (android v12) despite numerous attempts and following the website suggestions to fix this, even trying my other email address. The app keeps saying "an error occurred, please try again" after filling in my details. I will be cancelling my order if they don't resolve this. Update...the tech support suggested registering on their website didn't work either. The final fix was transferring everything to my wife's old iphone where the app works 🤪

Husband bought these glasses and can't get past the sign-up screen. After you enter your info it goes to a screen where it wants you to click on a box, but you can't click on it.

The app I need to control my glasses is Not proving accessible to me. I have tried to access as has the shop lady, but the code promised never arrives, and I want to be helped please. The print on leaflet with glasses is TINY. We deserve better.

Apparently the Nov 14 update only works on the Google Pixel? Second APP on my phone where an update this fall that apparently breaks operation on non Google phones.
