Bus service is ok.not as great as hyped!but customer care service is pathetic.I happened to cancel my bus ticket 2 weeks back and yet to receive my refund.when asked customer care they said they hve initiated refund 2 wk back, further they are asking me for bank statement screenshot to be mailed to prove that I didn't receive refund.only fool will send their bank statement.it is the company responsibility to send a screenshot 2 the customer as proof they have refunded!shame on neugo.

Sir, recently my family (5 members) travelled from Ambur to Bangalore (we have travelled many times) but the pickup point was from Vaniyambadi tollgate (because there's no stopping in Vaniyambadi town) we have to wait in the middle of the road for hours to board, this time they left us without stopping and went, all our tickets was waste. We called the driver but no response. Worst experience

Worst bus app in the world. Service is third class. All employees are ill-mannered. They don't even call the passenger before boarding. Worst customer service anywhere I've seen. Never ever choose this app for travel or else you'll join the group of regretted.

Do not travel by bus as some drivers of the bus don't close the window, and I'm sitting on the first seat next to the conductor, and I'm getting the warm air directly through the drivers window and when I asked him and complaint about the same.they simply laughed at me and said hum garmi me thodi jaenge.and currently I'm in the same bus

Worst service, buses never comes on time and take 1 to 1.5 hour in between for EV charging... Never go for this buses
