NUH myMeds is a patient-centred mobile application created by the National University Hospital, Singapore. It is designed to help patients and their caregivers better manage medications.

What i think i like that NUH has stepped up to provide this app service to order meds to that it could be prep in advance for self collection or delivery. Though i dont agree the delivery charges imposed, but i hope they could lower it or else not charge customers gst. Most companies i've known dont charge gst on deliveries. This is quite a put-off. I also think the app requires a section where they customers can tick off if they want to open medisave acct instead of a comment section to populate the information. I feel no matter how clear you type the request, and even if the pharmacist called you up to confirm and again you relay the same request, the right information falls thru the cracks! They get delivery dates wrong, processing of payment can go wrong too. Idk now what can happen to my meds req. So how?? Unfortunately, NUH service processing or what not needs to IMPROVE and it still is as disorganised as it was before. No one at that end wants to hold accountable for anything. If you want to do a good app, please fix the manual processing first.

I had to reset my password and each time when i keyed in the new resetted password that was sent to me by nuhmymeds. The app keep showing me invalid password or username. I've already resetted 3 times. And each resetted password I've tried 3 times b4 resetting again. It cant be that I've made typo all 9 times! Pls help
