Description
A keyboard that does nothing. Yes, really.
This keyboard is useful if you have an external bluetooth keyboard paired with your phone and you want to stop the on-screen keyboard from popping up all the time.
To use, go in to keyboard settings and enable null keyboard, and then pick it as your input method. No keyboard should appear until you change it back.
NOTE: Samsung galaxy tabs running the latest android have an issue where the keyboard is frequently switched back to the on-screen keyboard. As far as I can tell, a fix for this needs to come from samsung, not from me. Even if it's something I can fix on my end, without a tab to test on, there's no way I'm going to be able to figure out what it is.

Does what is says This app is very good for when connecting to an external keyboard. It gives you greater screen real estatae, which is always nice. It does what is says, and does it well (not that I could think of any thing to make it better or worse:-)

Samsung Issue For those who have mentioned the (very annoying) Samsung keyboard problem: You might want to try paying $1 for an app called Package Disabler Pro. Personally, I don't like the Samsung keyboard, I have another one installed (Multiling, which doesn't randomly pop-up) and the Samsung keyboard completly disabled, along with many other Samsung bloatware, along with a macro. So when I turn bluetooth on (or off), a keyboard option pops up, allowing me to choose between external and internal keyboards.

Works Great for android 5 on LG PAD F. Need to Set Null Keyboard to Default.

A keyboard doesn't appear but the blank rectangle does. Nonsense.

Doesnt work. Shows a big grey rectangle that consumes half of screen

Doesn't work on 4.1.2 Note 10.1 Didn't work at all. I have the Note 10 and the Samsung keyboard is checked and greyed out so you can't unselect it. You can select the Null keyboard but it still doesn't work.

More trouble than it's worth Does it remove the on-screen keyboard when you use an external keyboard? Yes. It leaves a white box where the on-screen KB was. Sometimes I can get the box to disapear, sometimes.
