NULLBYTE is a competitive hacker simulation where every raid target is a real player. Every intrusion you launch hits someone's actual account — and every alert you receive means someone is coming for yours. Learn the ropes through missions, then take on the network.
— CRACK CIPHERS — The core skill. ROT13, Vigenère, Affine, Rail Fence, Playfair, XOR, Substitution — over a dozen cipher methods stand between you and your target's data. Decode them fast under a trace timer, or get locked out.
— SCAN & RAID — Every operator has an IP. Scan it to assess their defenses before committing to a raid. Successful intrusions steal BTC from the target and boost your reputation. Failed ones cost you.
— DAILY CIPHER — A new challenge every day. Crack it for bonus BTC and streak rewards. Tiered hints help when you're stuck — but using them costs you.
— BUILD A CREW — Recruit up to 10 operators into a crew. Pool resources, coordinate mega-raids on hardened targets, and climb the crew leaderboard together. Strength in numbers.
