An overall decent app, however, I've seen (not often) wrong calculations. It defeats the purpose if I'm going to have to manually convert to ensure correct dosing. Since it's a matter of patient safety (and my nursing license!), I'll be uninstalling the app. However, I wanted to leave a review as a warning to other healthcare providers! If you really insist on using the app, I would totally do a manual conversion 100% of the time! Fore warned is fore armed!

The specific calculation presented in the example (500 X 20) / (8 X 60) = 27.78 (28 Drops/Min) is incorrect for the stated values of 500ml, 8 hours, and a drop factor of 20 gtt/ml. The correct result for these values should be approximately 21 Drops/Min.
