If you've been around long enough to remember NWFCU first mobile app, this thing is great. It's better than my wife's name brand franchise bank in most cases even. It still relies on falling back to using a mobile web browser embedded into the app for some features but for day to day use it's perfectly functional without errors. Adding external bill pay options might require using the desktop we page but to me that's still OK.

Previously four stars but bill pay moved to a sub menu. I do not and will not use Belle, yet it has a place on the home screen, while I use bill pay almost daily, and it has been moved to a sub menu. I didn't even like how I had to select between bill pay and Belle previously. Please make bill pay an option from the home screen! Why did it move? Did Belle pay for preferred placement? I sure hope not, CU should exist by and for members, not third party service.

No easy way to make a car payment from an outside account. There is a link in desktop browser version, but you really have to hunt for it. The mobile app version does not provide ANY way to accomplish the car payment. Useless for anything other that seeing how much you owe them.

UPDATE: Made 386 attempts to sell my privacy to the three POSs named before it told me it couldn't access my account.************* Takes FOREVER to load my about information. Maybe it's because it gives a higher priority to sending my private information to Google, Urban Airship, and Apptentive than it does to giving their account holders access to their accounts as evidenced by their making 162 attempts to send my information before it displayed my account balances.
