Comments on NYC MetroCard Tracker for Android

★★★★★ Rob M. · Nov 13, 2019

Initially I gave this app a low score review. After providing feedback they quickly updated the app to address my concerns. Which has led me to update my review. A bit more user control could be nice in case future changes by the MTA affects the apps' usability, but this critique was acknowledged and was stated would be considered for future updates. Nonetheless, the developer was very responsive and helpful. So this deserved a better score.

Love the app - very useful when you are using multiple mta services but don't use them enough to warrant an unlimited metro card. 🎉 My only recommended improvement (sorry wearing my Scrum Master hat) would be an "add value" option that would replicate the add value screen at metro card kiosks.🤷🏽‍♀️ but that could be for the pro version!

Dismantle this app, the majority are looking for app that can read balance and expiration date. This one does not.
