I email this issue with nykaa team but not the problem is not resolved. While I call up customer care they didn't want to solve the problem and said nothing can be done and blocked me... Now I can't contact through emai or by phone. What do think of a customer. I've already paid for the order. And they think customer ll lie for a rs. 1000 product??
