Update: App is working and am able to make calls again, very happy with that. Though sms is not working; keeps saying 'sending sms failed'. Nymgo is still my preferred app for calling home! 2019/Lovely app. Very helpful. A great solution for connecting with your loved ones. Even King Solomon did not have this privilege 😋😋

THIS IS THE WORST CALLING APP, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO PATHETIC, THEY DO NOT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT YOU, I HAVE EMAILED THEM ABOUT MORE THAN 50 TIMES AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE. THEY DO NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT. DO NOT USE THIS APP RESPONSE TO THE REPLY - NO, NOBODY IS GOING TO CALL ME. IN PAST THEY SAY THE PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED BUT NOTHING HAPPENED YET. THE SERVICE IS NOT CREDIBLE, YOU CAN NOT TRUST THE STAFF.

Don't use this app. Nymgo used to be a good app, but now it's a scam app. Deducted money from my bank acc no credit went into my nymgo acc. The more money u keep trying to top up the more money they take from u and u can't even make calls or text using any old left credits. Already contacted its support but nothing done not reply from them either. My advice to new user never ever pay to this company they are the biggest scammer online
