This app was created to send alerts for world events monitored by YouTube creator Prepper as there were issues with YouTube sending out alerts. It works, although I have set my alert notifications on red and sould only get the sound alerts for red and black level alert but alarm us sounding on all levels. Minor issue my it will be fixed as this is new.

Here's the problem > App-Provided Sounds: Some apps have their own notification sounds that are not tied to the system's notification settings. These sounds might be enabled by default and can't be disabled through the standard notification settings. So, even though No Sound is set within two areas of the app's Notifications, this app still sends out a loud scary civil defense siren sound that cannot be disabled even with DND on. The dumber than a box with no rocks' developer must be fired ! 😡🤬

A lot of alerts with no functional way to filter them, and the channel makes up for its lack of intelligence with an excess of fearmongering.
