Having connectivity issues. My mom got me one for Christmas... and I really don't want her money to go to waste getting this for me. Please please please find a way to fix the connectivity issues. I miss my oasis table :(

My Oasis mini requires updates at least monthly, and I have to set up my device again every time which is a headache. App is cheap and inconsistent. Works half the time anyway. For the price and functionality of the device I expected a better user experience and quality. Can't even loop sand designs infinitely. Requires a restart after a set number through the app which doesn't work. I don't recommend this product to anyone. *Update* After leaving it unplugged for over a week it still doesn't work

Every time my phone loses Wi-Fi I have to reset everything because nothing is saved since it thinks I'm pairing to a completely new device. Getting exhausted of having to pick the pictures again, and there's not very many good pictures anyway. Also, what is the point of having an option to wipe the sand clear in between images if it doesn't actually work? I am forced to choose basic swirls between each image. Glad this was a gift because I'd be mad if I wasted my own money on this oasis.

After update its terrible I can't even connect and use the sand table at all even after doing everything the tech has suggested
