Love this little machine and the app has been steadily improving, but I have it set to do a new pattern every 24hrs and after the last update it won't follow the schedule... I have to manually pick a new pattern every time.

I live this table! First the good: I get so many compliments from visitors. It is visually very pretty (I got the coffee table that is light wood with black trim) and the lights you can change and the patterns are so cool. Why 4 instead of 5 stars: as it is a new product, sometimes we have issues like the ball gets stuck or the orientation gets messed up. We just unplug and reset the ball, and it seems to be good. I also wish the sand self leveled automatically. But I still really love it!

We love our Oasis Coffee Table and the intricate designs that it makes! Some of them are rather quick, but others take a few hours to complete due to the detail involved. Very satisfying to watch!

My Oasis mini requires updates at least monthly, and I have to set up my device again every time which is a headache. App is cheap and inconsistent. Works half the time anyway. For the price and functionality of the device I expected a better user experience and quality. Can't even loop sand designs infinitely. Requires a restart after a set number through the app which doesn't work. I don't recommend this product to anyone. *Update* After leaving it unplugged for over a week it still doesn't work

It is frequently very difficult to get the app to find my mini sand art appliance and connect it. I clear the cache frequently. Sometimes I try and try and then, in 24 or 48 hours I will get a message to update the app (which, of course I check on from the start). 🤷🏼♀️ Very frustrating. But I enjoy the sand art especially after the most recent update. But now, it's down, can't find my Wi-Fi. 😔

After update its terrible I can't even connect and use the sand table at all even after doing everything the tech has suggested
