I truly enjoy my little Oasis. There are so very many patterns to choose from, and I believe they keep adding more. I will never run out of interesting things to see when I get home from work. I set up a playlist of about 20 images and have it change every 12 hours and walk in and see something different. Or I watch it in the evening. However you use it it's very cool. Lost a star only because I have some connectivity issues about every 3 to 4 weeks after upgrades.

My Oasis mini requires updates at least monthly, and I have to set up my device again every time which is a headache. App is cheap and inconsistent. Works half the time anyway. For the price and functionality of the device I expected a better user experience and quality. Can't even loop sand designs infinitely. Requires a restart after a set number through the app which doesn't work. I don't recommend this product to anyone. *Update* After leaving it unplugged for over a week it still doesn't work

Major fail. 1 star. Completely broken Mini Oasis. Troubleshot extensively. Support promised a software fix on July 22nd, yet the date passed with no update and zero response. Beyond frustrating to be totally ignored. It’s a massive failure for a company to completely abandon the original Kickstarter backers who funded their dream and made their profit possible. We deserve better than being ignored when your product fails.

It is frequently very difficult to get the app to find my mini sand art appliance and connect it. I clear the cache frequently. Sometimes I try and try and then, in 24 or 48 hours I will get a message to update the app (which, of course I check on from the start). 🤷🏼♀️ Very frustrating. But I enjoy the sand art especially after the most recent update. But now, it's down, can't find my Wi-Fi. 😔
