★★★★★ Overall this app is great and easy to use although since the last update when I search for items in s delivery everything shows up 4 times which is a bit strange

★★☆☆☆ Please be aware of this app otherwise waste of money and waste of food placed an order with this app and the same order went twice later when I rang the help desk they refused to cancel the order claiming that I should have ring every time after placing the order with this app. Honestly I didn't get how did this order went twice. So please beaware once it's done no one to help you out.

★★☆☆☆ I find this application difficult to use. It's been a frustrating experience, lacking the options needed to place orders effectively, and despite reporting this issue almost a year ago, there has been no improvement. Nisa Retail is a large UK chain, yet they seem unconcerned about providing retailers with a user-friendly system. Furthermore, the app is prone to crashing during phone calls, requiring a repeated login. Ambient and chilled items are not merged to order for the relevant basket.
