No service, no response. I have taken membership and also paid a huge amount ,but now they are telling youe points are going to be expired, but when I am trying to contact, there is no outlets providing service and there is no response from zenotti/o2 spa team.

Most pathetic customer service. They cancelled my appointment 5 times and then call me every week to book an appointment. Clearly they aren't professional. Wouldn't suggest anyone to waste their time
