This app used to work great but suddenly I just wasn't able to access the catalog. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. I have logged out and tried again with two separate acounts but the catalog still remains unavailable. It appears blank with a yellow tape "X" with the message" oops you shouldn't be here"

App keeps stopping intermittently. Time spent on material is not recorded, unsure whether their clock is different. Even though a daily and monthly goal is set, it is not seen on the mobile app, only on the web.
