I've set up my account online, everything registered and set up with email and password. I've downloaded this app and tried to log in into the app using the credentials saved, rechecked and rechecked even changed my password but the app continues to say credentials are not recognized. There's no explanation online, and it's very frustrating as the dictation tool is an essential part of my business

Frequent problems sending dictation. Shows sent, but ends up back in pending file. Assistant does not get notifications of new dictation. Will not let me use it until I agree to terms of service and will now allow me to agree to terms of service. Useless. I wish I could go back to a dedicated digital recorder device for all the problems I have with this app
