Ideal app to clear your doubts quickly As well suited for emergency advice. Ideal for follow-up visits. Most medical issues can be sorted out on video channelling without going to hospital. Awesome job by the doctors! App is buggy and the service is the worst. It's a rip-off comparing the service (not the doctors but by oDoc) to the money being charged as oDoc fee. There is no point calling the hotline, it'll ring without answering or the person answering will be clueless in sorting out any problems. * doctors can't open PDF documents * app will open without loading any contents * will not send push notifications when a doctor sends a message * and many more (no room for typing)

My consultation today was not a good one. The app has been updated or maybe changed, but the doctor couldn't connect. The help desk requested I reset permissions which I did. Doctor Raveen had to make at least 6 calls to complete the visit. Very disturbing for him and me too as the connection was getting lost midway. Please fix these issues as it is a very good platform for everybody to see a doctor without the usual hassle.

This app was a great app initially. Now, no one responsible for the appointments. No doctors available on time. Just another useless app
