Odolog: Mileage Tracker

Odolog is the automatic mileage tracker built for taxes. Drive — Odolog logs every trip in the background and turns your year of driving into an IRS-ready PDF. No buttons. No ads.

Designed for rideshare drivers (Uber, Lyft), delivery couriers (DoorDash, Instacart, Uber Eats, Amazon Flex), real estate agents, sales reps, contractors, freelancers — anyone claiming business mileage.

AUTOMATIC MILEAGE TRACKING — NO TAPS
Odolog uses GPS and motion sensors to detect when you start and stop driving. Trips are recorded automatically, even with the screen locked. Forget to "start" tracking? Odolog already did it for you.

TAX-READY MILEAGE LOG
Every trip becomes a defensible business record: date, start and end time, duration, distance in miles or kilometers, full GPS route on the map, start and end addresses, average and max speed, and vehicle assignment.

Tag trips as Business, Personal, or leave for later. Odolog tracks the IRS Schedule C / Form 4562 categories you need.

IRS-STYLE PDF, EXCEL, AND CSV EXPORTS
Export your mileage log in three formats:
• PDF — printable summary with totals, per-vehicle business-use percentage, year-start / year-end odometer, and standard-mileage deduction amount per vehicle
• Excel (.xlsx) — Summary + Trips sheets, ready for accountants
• CSV — universal format for spreadsheets and accounting software

Filter by date range (this month, last month, year-to-date, last year, all time, custom) and Business-only.

MULTI-VEHICLE WITH BLUETOOTH PAIRING
Pair each vehicle with your car's Bluetooth — when it connects, the trip is auto-assigned. Per-vehicle make, model, year, plate, and odometer for IRS-grade records. Default tax category per vehicle.

AUTO-CLASSIFICATION RULES
Set your Home and Office locations. Odolog auto-classifies trips: Home to Office during work hours can default to Business or Personal (your choice); commercial trips to client sites suggest Business; weekend trips to stores suggest Personal. Override any suggestion with one tap.

CONFIGURABLE MILEAGE RATES
Built-in rates for US (IRS), UK (HMRC), Canada (CRA), Australia (ATO), EU. Auto-picked by country. Custom rates supported.

INSIGHTS DASHBOARD
At a glance: daily distance, drive time, trip count; 7-day, 30-day, and all-time totals; Business / Personal / Unclassified breakdown with percentages; longest trip, most active day, average trip; weekly distance sparkline.

RELIABLE BACKGROUND TRACKING
Foreground service keeps recording with the screen locked. Activity recognition wakes the GPS only when you're moving — saves battery. Auto-restart after device reboot or app update. Trip recovery if the OS kills the app. Live stats in the persistent notification, visible on car displays.

CLOUD SYNC AND PRIVACY CONTROL
Local-first SQLite — works offline. Optional Google Sign-In for cloud backup and multi-device sync. Anonymous mode if you don't want an account. Delete your account and all data anytime, in-app, in one tap. No location data sold to third parties.

FREE AND PRO
Free: automatic detection, your whole trip history, exports for this month and last, and no ads. Your first month is uncapped. After that the free plan classifies 40 trips a month — trips past that keep recording and still appear in your exports.

Odolog Pro: unlimited classification, any export range, all-time insights, a separate log for every vehicle, and Bluetooth wake-up. Monthly, annual, or a one-time lifetime purchase.

Odolog turns "I drove a lot for work" into a tax-ready report — automatically.
