Comments on OFCA Broadband PerformanceTest for Android
★★★★★
New version is much faster Simple, easy to use. Good enough.
★★☆☆☆
UI change of new version 2.0.2208 is really poor Instead of previous car dashboard style meter speed display, new UI change now only displays speed in digits. The digits are small. Not that intuitive as old UI. Even worse is the "Result" page, which should act as a summary list of "results" (most important results are download and upload speeds), now only a summary of "testing ID". Don't sacrifice UI for additional data Jitter and package loss % which are less referenced by most users.
★★☆☆☆
Server temporary failure is acceptable, but the slow app starting for such a straightforward app is not. People use this app either test a new network or an satisfy using network. What a joke you download config from network when starting the app.
★★☆☆☆
Install failure on Android 9 version tablet as the following error: Failure [INSTALL_FAILED_NO_MATCHING_ABIS: Failed to extract native libraries, res=-113]
