I would strongly recommend using a different service. They will string you along and at 415 the day off court they will cancel on you. Leaving you high and dry. Court closes at 4. Won't be able to correct till Monday... bad service.

Very bad experience. Poor communication from the attorney assigned to me. Also, be wary of the money-back guarantee- if the attorney is able to get you traffic school, OffTheRecord considers that a successful outcome, and won't refund your money (you'll still have to pay the ticket in that situation). I do not recommend this app at all.

I would strongly not recommend this app to anyone. I never agreed to decline the refund policy with the lawyer I was assigned to. I also was not told that a person with a citation history would not qualify for help. They also assured me that they could see about lowering the points or something of that nature. There was no communication for about 2 months. Torwards the end of it all, they told me that a deal couldn't be made. If you're reading this, save yourself the money and look elsewhere.
