This has to be the best app for removing your traffic tickets. I had my speeding ticket dismissed without having to show up to any of the court dates. My lawyer was always informative about the next steps and actions. 10/10 for me!!

OFF THE RECORD is the best! I used another ticket removal agency first, and I was convicted. I did a trial de novo through OTR with attorney Vincent S. Hughes, and he went to court for me and my ticket was completely dismissed! Great communication and representation from OTR and my lawyer. Much lower cost than the previous agency that lost. Highly recommend.

I hired an attorney for a traffic ticket for a red light camera. They said they would appear, and then they never appeared. I asked for a refund and off the record only has AI robots to help you. They have no real representatives to talk to. As for the law firm they appointed, they have yet to respond. I hired this law firm in July. Had court in August and they didn't show. I paid over $500 for a no-show attorney. Very disappointed and upset and I deserve a refund. Yet to receive one.

Do not use this service! I paid lawyers for my first ever ticket, and they pushed the court date, then failed to win a favorable outcome. No fee reduction, no dismissed ticket. They said they "got me traffic school" WHICH I HAD BEFORE I REACHED OUT TO THEM and OTR's support said that that was a favorable outcome. Dude, I paid 160 to be exactly where I was before except 160 in the hole. Worthless, worthless, worthless. Go to a ticket fighting Subreddit or something for help instead.
