Although a good concept, the app at times crashes. I made a booking and unfortunately the payment option didn't come through due to the crashing of the app. I checked with customer service (which by the way are not at all empathetic) and they say that my booking was canceled due to no payment. I tried to make them understand that your app crashed, and I had no chance to make payment. I've been using them for a while now, but, of late the service has crashed phenomenally the way there app has.

They cancel my booking after this review as revenge. The most horrible people ever, pathetic service, their maids are always late, customer service is horrible at solving problem, booking error always and processing a payment is always a task. Plus you gotta keep yourself free for 4 hours as they change the time suddenly and if you had plans you have to cancel as their people cannot reach on time.
