Dark mode makes it impossible to make a booking as everything is black. Going to maps shows you a list of floors but is missing the building names (it just shows 'Site locations' for each); the only way to see the building name is to make a booking where it shows correctly. Edit: latest update has fixed both the dark mode issue and the missing building names, seems they are listening to feedback

Sometimes the logout screen will appear instead of the dashboard and nothing outside of closing and restarting the app will bring me back to the dashboard.

Every 4 seconds "office maps not responding" pops up asking me to click okay and close the app or click wait. Click wait pops up again in 4 seconds

Background color is so pathetic. Can't even read what options are available until brightness is full on phone. Who ever did the selection must have not used the app on phone themselves.

The new version has lost features. Normally when you view the calendar you can see a little dot for the days you've booked which is helpful when you're booking multiple weeks at a time. It only lets me see the next two weeks of bookings even though I've booked 4 weeks which means I can't easily go back and edit those future weeks. The overall look does look slicker on the surface but the actual UX has dropped significantly.
