I'm very glad they've updated this app for the 2022 Con. It's much better and is even more helpful, such as directing you to where you want to go or showing you the best route through the convention center. The only reason I'm giving this 4/5 stars though is because of the constant barrage of notifications/schedule reminders. I set it to notify me 1 hour before a program starts, but even when I'm already in the app, it spams me with the "_____ starts in 60 minutes" notification every 10 sec.

Updating my review for 2025: This app continues its trend of being awful since 2013 (when it wouldn't download the latest event). The 2019 version wouldn't update, sync, or even let me log in. 2024 and 2025 versions won't let me log in to SHED to sync my schedule choices. Disappointing! 🤬

Every year the app gets worse. Can't even sort by room, and room search results aren't even in chronological order.

Doesn't work at all. I don't remember having a username & password for this app. How do you even make one? And it keeps saying there's an update to the app, but the download is broken. App is ridiculously buggy.
