This season I've had to log in every time I wanted to watch a video. If this continues I will no longer subscribe. At the moment can't watch spurs play at all.

Telling me to update app when I update it says open try to open, and it puts me back to update app and if I push not now it throws me off the app so in laymans terms i can't get on the app 🙃 😑

Edit 26.7.26 This app gets worse and worse, can't even log in. Membership randomly cancelled, customer support bordering on incompetent. Useless, again. Won't let you update the app, won't let you use the app without updating. Sort it out! This app gets worse and worse

When the app opens, it asks for notification & location preferences. There are two login options for Tottenham Hotspur or Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Why? I tried both, each opened a Website, and then I'm in a login loop (changed password) and never get in, always asked to choose an option! I was a member, and I received the invite to the app via email. That's what started me off with the app. I had to change my previous password even though the user login email remained the same.
