Very informative and easy to use. Took 1 min to find my voting and poll location info and set in the app. Voting info at fingertips including voting location and sample ballot! Older adults seem to have navigation issues with using the app. Either you have an old outdated phone or not tech-savvy. Get your kids or tech-savvy family member to help you use the app. So you're not giving false rating when it's clearly a user error.

Getting the following error. In fact, several of us with different phones are getting the same error. Our city is set but when we click voter info this error pops up: Server Error in '/vtrapp' Application. Runtime Error Description: An exception occurred while processing your request. Additionally, another exception occurred while executing the custom error page for the first exception. The request has been terminated.

User experience is very confusing with this app. Downloaded app and shows Adam's County at the top. Says to click on the dark blue image but says info needs to be added. One search didn't have me listed, but I was when used my PC. Found another way in and info was there. No way to save settings which I was asked for again. Sample ballot would not come up. Don't see a clear way to see who's running for what. Hard to be an informed voter without access to non-biased, non-party influence.

This app can't find my voter information. A waste of time. To respond to Triad's comment: I am in Warren County, and I selected the dropdown selection for Warren which it appears to support. I correctly spelled my name twice, and it returned a not found error. Also, our mail ballot had a QR Code to look up our ballot and I saw no support for scanning this code.
