Didn't work for me Tried exporting a list to csv, changed the file name, then importing it back in. It said it was successful, but the list isn't there. Another weird quirk, my OI shopping list shortcut now points to the Google Play Store.

Do not use this to convert OI Shopping List and OI Notepad data to CSV. The shopping list and notepad apps work together, but this app will hide the data you enter on the shopping list under the "Note" button.

Just wouldn't work! Tried exporting between OI Notes and OI Shopping List but kept getting "Wrong CSV format" error? Gave up and uninstalled all OI apps.
