This banking app is useless if you can't log in. I called to ask when it would be updated and was told it works fine, I mentioned that the significant amount of Google Play Store reviews about the login issue says otherwise, then was told it must be my network that works with EVERY OTHER BANKING APP I have. Since then name change, the bank has gone down hill. The app login issue is the last nail, and I am switching banks.

This app is GARBAGE. Always crashes, locks me out ALL THE TIME. Hell the bank itself locks my debit card what seems like every two weeks, and ALWAYS on a Friday at 4pm, so I can't call and get the issue resolved, thus leaving me without access to my account the entire weekend.

Had to change my password, changed my password twice within the app, used my phone to do so and my new password wouldn't work. It makes no sense to have an app that doesn't allow you to log in after changing your password. This happened twice, they really need to fix this problem!

There are bugs in the program that won't let me check my balance somehow. I have new phone and it still does it. This app is garbage.
