People need to understand how things work before they get into them. Bad reviews are usually due to user error. Because people dive in with zero knowledge of crypto trading the government wants to regulate it. As adoption gains ground, more and more people will be complaining because of self-inflicted errors. Edited - cheers for getting back to me chur I can't even take a photo of my Nz driver license, it says it not in the frame when it actually is. Like tired 20x, and it wasn't working, white background, black background nothing was working. All I Wana do is get verified, so I can learn and start. I'll change my rating once you guys fix this. You kno nz has different driver licenses than you guys ?

Do not send your crypto or money here it is a scam or closely adjacent. They change their policy every few months, disable your withdrawals, and will take service fees out while you try to get your money back. Now they will demand more and more personal info and even videos of you with your PII Use better exchanges or stick with decentralized exchanges because you definitely can NOT leave anything here. Their useless customer service will tell you "I'm sorry we can't....." literally for years.
