★★★★★ I was surprised by this app. All communications, sms/mms/Internet chat/free Internet and regular voice calls from one single app. Call quality is great and it uses almost no battery, unlike Skype! :-) There are two icons on the desktop so I can go directly to making calls without having to navigate screens just to get to the dialer. UI is (for a change) clear and easy to use.
★★☆☆☆ Uses your built in phone number. Looking for an alternative to the only FREE app. TextNow gives you a # usuable with a phone that's not even active. You just have to be on wifi but it will work on cellular too. Why would you restrict your app to use your cellular number? I know these developers can do better and cater to a huge market of people that want free wifi calling and text. By doing that and simply placing ads the new large userbase you acquire would make you substantially more
