Very bad service they took approximately 2 and half month to service my vehicle saying part is not available just u want to keep going to service center ask them they won't respond very, very bad service and service center

I purchased an Ola S1x 2nd Generation in June 2025. After one month of use, the hub motor and MCU failed. Despite waiting around 9 months for replacement parts, the newly installed hub motor and MCU also became defective within 1–2 days. When I reported the issue, I received an unsatisfactory response from the service center staff, and my scooter is still lying at the service center without resolution. I request immediate action to replace the defective components and resolve these issues.

I regret buying an Ola Electric scooter. The after-sales service is terrible, and they don't have a solution for even basic problems. My scooter is keyless and depends on the Ola Electric app, but the app stopped working completely. I visited the service center and contacted customer support, but neither could fix the issue. Even before that, I faced multiple problems, including incorrect time fencing and being unable to switch to Sport mode.
