My Ola S1 X (Gen 3 - Key variant) just came back from the service center 5 days ago after being kept there for 17 long days, and now a major software/BMS bug has started. As soon as the scooter hits 100% charge, the display shows a "SYSTEM ISSUE" error along with the Check Engine Light (Orange Icon), and the scooter refuses to start! Every single time, I have to remove the key and leave the scooter completely untouched for 12–15 minutes to let it go into sleep mode just to get it back to normal

After owning three OLA Electric scooters for over three years, I can confidently say this has been our worst vehicle ownership experience. Selling scooters seems easy, but after-sales service and customer support have been terrible in our experience. Issues remain unresolved, service is frustrating, and customers are left helpless. The company appears completely indifferent to customer problems. I would never buy from them again and would not recommend it to anyone.
