We Love this Bank. We were New to the Area, and we went into the Bank to start our new account. Everyone was very Nice. The Lady that took care of us was very helpful. She explained everything about how everything worked at the bank. We were very Pleased with everything she told us and started the account. We have had no Problems with anything. Unreliable App that constantly gets "System updates" that lock you out of your account. They should be held liable for anything that happens with your account while these BS system updates happen.

Used to be fine. The login function that recovers username and password has been broken and is set to always save a butchered version of your username. Too many unused promotions on the way in and ONB knows the only few I use. This is the case for a Pixel 9 Pro. ONB needs to fix it!

Please bring back biometric login. Your app and especially the login screen has accessibility errors. The username and password fields are tagged backward for example.
