Used to be fine. The login function that recovers username and password has been broken and is set to always save a butchered version of your username. Too many unused promotions on the way in and ONB knows the only few I use. This is the case for a Pixel 9 Pro. ONB needs to fix it!

Customer Service Is The absolute Worse I've been Banking with First Midwest now old National For 16 yrs. They Restricted my Belle account because someone else NOT ME BUT SOMEONE ELSE filed fraud Charges with an entire different entity which had nothing to do with me or my accounts... I've been pleading my case for almost 3 to 4yrs, and they treat me as if I'm the person doing fraud. Absolutely not... I've spoken to several different alleged bank supervisors. Nothing. 16 yrs of loyalty.
