We work hard to do food rescue. Olio let FWH scheme run Auto pilot. Slots are diffed to get, some hv 4 perm slots EVERY week, these FWH even compete to grab released slots. OLD timer also bully new Food heroes!! I heard 1 FWH took a perm slot, whole squad ignored her, refused to add her to collection notification (via WA), let the previous perm FWH collect food n trigger no collection for her!! Olio said they CANNOT Do anything! We're Olio FWH, not Mama store food rescue!! RIDICULOUS Olio & Squad!!

The app is terrible, they have now decided that subscribers - those with money, get food first rather than those in poverty and in desperate need. Those who can't subscribe due to poverty - go hungry & starve - if they request food they are bombarded with adverts for every single item requested causing delay after delay meanwhile those who pay via subscription request ALL the food. A gratuitous sense if entitlement by those with money over those in poverty. This app has lost its way to greed
