This is hell. I loved the Olive Young Global and would regularly check and window-shop. When I could afford it, I would order. I was preparing to order on the anniversary sale, but I missed it (which is on me) so I thought I could just get the same things with the US transfer. I was wrong. There's less than half the stock (probably because of the lack of warehouses or something? IDK) and nothing that I was planning to buy was available anymore. I wish they still allowed delivery from global.

I love the app just not the roll-out for US switch over. I put an order in a couple of days ago bc of korean formulated SPFs weren't going to be available anymore. And today I decided to switch to the US side with Grand Opening of the new store in Pasadena, California. However, now I don't have any access to the status of my order anymore since switching.

The US app does not have as many products or the deals available on the global app. I'm disappointed by all the non-Korean products also. There is literally nothing I would purchase from them if this is all the current products available.

The US app does not have any of the good deals or bundles that are on the global app. There is also a very limited selection of brands compared to what was available previously. Overall, it does not feel worth it anymore to order from Olive Young. Please give us back access to the global site; this new US only site is not it

US store has higher prices, lower selection and inferior sunscreen products. Olive Young has lost their mind.
