Nothing is working in the App, I transferred money and for over 2 hours nothing has reflected. POS is also not working properly. I can't even check my balance with an ATM card. Customer service is not active either. The IT team so go to work first, and they should forget about promoting the app now and fix every loophole

My experience with this bank has been extremely disappointing. The mobile app is very poor and unreliable. Logging in is always a constant struggle, with frequent errors and delays that make it hard to access my account. The experience is frustrating, stressful and customer service is also very poor. Overall, the service is bad, and I would not recommend this bank to anyone.
