OLL.E: AI Monitor, Alert, Act

Never miss what costs you money. OLL.E is an AI monitoring app that watches your notifications, messages, email, calendar and freelance job boards — then alarms or calls you the moment something urgent arrives, and takes action for you automatically.

OLL.E doesn't just filter your notifications. It monitors, alerts, and then acts on what matters.

Tell It What To Watch, In Plain English
No rule builders. No keyword tables. Just say it:
- "Alarm me if a client messages me about a project"
- "Alert me when a new SEO job is posted from a US client"
- "Wake me if my boss emails about the deadline"
- "Watch my trading app for price alerts and alarm me"
- "Alert me when a new lead notification comes from my CRM"
- "Alarm me if a server status message arrives on my team chat"
OLL.E turns that into a live watch and monitors it in real time.

How OLL.E Works
1. Monitor — describe what you can't afford to miss
2. Alert — get a loud alarm or a phone call for critical items; everything else goes to your Priority Box for later
3. Act — OLL.E replies, summarizes, labels, forwards or adds to your calendar automatically

What OLL.E Monitors
- Notifications and messages from any app installed on your phone, including trading, CRM, team chat and messaging apps you already use
- Your email inbox, in real time
- Freelance job boards — new job posts the moment they appear
- Calendar events, changes and cancellations

What Happens After The Alert
An alarm wakes you up. OLL.E handles what comes next:
- Auto-reply to a message so the sender knows you saw it
- Summarize a long email thread into two lines
- Label and organize your inbox automatically
- Add an event to your calendar when a message contains one
- Draft a bid letter when a matching job is posted

Watch The Work Happen
When a watch matches, OLL.E shows you exactly what matched and runs each action step by step on screen, with the result. Every alert and action is saved to your Feed.

Built For
- Freelancers — new job alerts, client message alarms, auto-drafted bid letters
- Sales teams — lead notifications you can act on immediately
- Traders — alarm on price alerts from the trading apps you already use
- Anyone on call — turn a silent status notification into an alarm you can't sleep through
- Anyone with a busy inbox — urgent email alerts and calendar change alerts

Works In 2 Minutes
Install, grant notification access, and your first watch is live. No email login required to start — connect your email or calendar only if you want those monitored.

Free To Start
OLL.E is free to download and use. The free plan includes a limited number of alerts and automatic actions per day and limited monitoring hours. A subscription increases your daily and weekly alert and action limits and unlocks full round-the-clock monitoring.

Also From OLL.E — PinG
OLL.E PinG is a small keyring device that alarms you the moment a watch matches, so critical alerts reach you even when your phone is silent, buried in a bag or out of reach. Reserve yours at https://www.olle.tech/ping

Permissions
OLL.E requires notification access to read incoming notifications and match them against the watches you create. This is core to how OLL.E works. Optional Google account access is used only to monitor and act on the accounts you explicitly connect.

Note
OLL.E is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Upwork, Google, TradingView, HubSpot, Telegram, Slack or any other platform mentioned. OLL.E monitors notifications delivered to your device and data from accounts you choose to connect.
