★★★★★ At the same time this manager was telling me how much he had a good time I had another manager ask out loud hey why didn't you call me. Then there was a time that it turned out to be the best thing I never had because the people there wouldn't help me. So finally it happened to me and my manager single-handedly stuck a broom to my face. I told him that for a guy like me this was a very good deal. But my friend didn't like how they were really putting it out. But in the end those acts passed.

★★★★★ It would be helpful if the zoo gave directions on how to use. The # on your card is NOT your membership # it is the cards unique #. You can use the card # to log in to your account on the zoos' website but not the app. Once you get your membership # from the website login on the app with it. Then, when you go to the zoo take your phone, card and ID to guest service they will verify you account for you. It's kind of a pain but worth the ease afterward.

★★☆☆☆ This app won't let me add my zoo membership card to the app. It says not enough information to find your membership card

★★☆☆☆ App is not very interactive. Map will not load. For a zoo of this caliber, expect it to work a little better. Hard to purchase tickets.

★★☆☆☆ Even though I enter the 3 pieces of info the app asks for look up account it continuously tells me not enough information
