★★☆☆☆ Irritating "game of chance sort of roller appears on tpp and keep wasting time by giving petty, cheap offers" Don't know how they endue with this kind of silly marketing strategies. Rather they can provide option which save time of consumers, i.e. to roll back any package anytime. Even for roll back a package e.g. frm Baqati Gold to Silver etc. You have to visit Service Center, and then they will put you on wait "Someone will call you & ask reason for roll-back" What a pathetic procedure.

★★☆☆☆ This time not satisfied Your call center told me I can use my recharged bonus when I chang to lower package .it was 12. Omani Riyals .but unfortunately when I moved to other package all the collected bonuses are lost completely.

★★☆☆☆ After the new update there's a bug it asks for your residence card to be scanned but when you do so, the app will automatically close. Aside from that you won't be able to use any of its function until you scan your card.

★★☆☆☆ A little bit slow. Internal ads make it heavy. Sluggish when I switch between home internet and personal no. It required improvements.
