The app stuck infinitely at lunch screen, the one with yellow bar. Tried with my two other phones, same problem and none are working

I haven't been able to get past the Omar and Hana loading screen. It loads up until there is no problem. I would love to rate higher if I was able to use it because I love the show.

I have just purchased this app for my 6 yr old, came recommended. Unfortunately it doesn't work, crashes each time I try to use it and there's no contact option so have to leave a review here instead. Please fix this. Thank you
