Every time I try to log into the app it closes. I can't even get in.

1. No running balance in the transaction screen 2. Initiated a pay bill transaction scheduled to be paid a coupe weeks later, then a few days later went to look to confirm I had done so but could not find any record of it pending/scheduled, so scheduled another payment. Then around the scheduled date was looking around the app and found some signs of both transactions on some other obscure screen, but it was too late to cancel either one, so my dentist received double payment.

Allows fingerprint log-in, says "fingerprint recognized," then says "Log in failed." HOW DO YOU RECOGNIZE MY FINGERPRINT AND THEN NOT LOG IN????
