I went through the setup during orientation for my kids, I put the QR code in, put my info, said to verify the text message, but I never got it. We were in an area with low signal at the time. Now, no matter what I do, clear cache, clear memory, delete and reinstall the app, anything, all it does is loads and says, "Personal Access Code." I didn't get one, can't request another, can't do anything. The app is completely useless. No way to do anything from the app. So disappointed.
