The water sensors have saved us from five different floods. I would definitely recommend these sensors to anyone that lives in a house.

This has alerted us immediately when our water heater started to drip allowing us to replace before it went bad. We are also alerted to a leak under a sink. So it was caught early before we had damage. We have had no fires or carbon monoxide alarms, but it gives me peace of mind that we will be alerted very quickly allowing us time to get out or take care of the problem ourselves. The fact that if we move-we can take it with us. The budget friendly payment plan allowed us to get a larger system

Worthless rip-off by scam artists. $300 a sensor for what amounts to a $50-75 device at best. Reps are high pressure sales pitchers, "techs" clueless. Found out my comm link died - discovered it after SIX WEEKS. Zero notifications it was offline. If there was an event while we were away, would've never known. For what this system cost, I could install a complete security system that monitors everything RELIABLY Comm link DC adapter shorted out, got very hot . Made in China. Scammers

Annoying piece of technology, keeps beeping for no reason esp in the middle of the night. When it beeps, we check where and there's literally nothing, even when checking the app there's nothing wrong in that area🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Anyone notices cameras in their smoke detectors? Beeps at me only when getting changed. No one else.
