Comments on Omnitracs Mobile Manager for Android

★★★★★ Sarah S · Mar 16, 2021

Works well for the intended use. Lots of useful features for mobile management of driver workforce by exceptions.

★★★★★ John Wajer · Oct 17, 2022

The new version is dramatically improved. Please note this is the driver supervisor /manager app not the driver app.

★☆☆☆☆ Jay Cox · May 18, 2021

This app sucks. No one at Nitric can help with it either. Map expands, equipment and descriptions don't. Unless you have a high power magnifying glass you can't read it. I have called and emailed and still can't get help. DON'T GET THE APP. Actually don't use Nitric at all. Lousy system and no knowledgeable support.

★☆☆☆☆ Kenneth McSpadden · Jul 3, 2024

It was fine, but since the last update hasn't worked. Authentication failed messages every time.

★☆☆☆☆ Crypto Currency · Oct 4, 2021

Loses service constantly! It wants you to keep paper logs constantly very shaky platform that it's built on. Surprised DOT let's be used, very easily manipulated

★☆☆☆☆ Marshall · May 2, 2021

Like most things MITACS the system works poorly or not at all. In this case I can't log in just like other reviewers are complaining of. Authentication failure despite being sure of correct credentials. So far my experiences with MITACS have been dismal, this is just more of the same.
