If I could rewind back time, I would definitely not make the decision of getting into business with these guys. The App is trash and is not user-friendly and the refresh rate is 120 seconds, even though the salesman was throwing out 6 second ping times when I was first signing up. You will not be able to see your assets move every 6 seconds on the App, because the refresh rate is 120 seconds, which is supposedly the "industry standard". I would definitely go with ATTI or Network Fleet instead.

Loses service constantly! It wants you to keep paper logs constantly very shaky platform that it's built on. Surprised DOT let's be used, very easily manipulated

This app sucks. No one at Nitric can help with it either. Map expands, equipment and descriptions don't. Unless you have a high power magnifying glass you can't read it. I have called and emailed and still can't get help. DON'T GET THE APP. Actually don't use Nitric at all. Lousy system and no knowledgeable support.

Like most things MITACS the system works poorly or not at all. In this case I can't log in just like other reviewers are complaining of. Authentication failure despite being sure of correct credentials. So far my experiences with MITACS have been dismal, this is just more of the same.
