Starts off a great tool. Once you see some progress and level out it becomes more of something you are used to seeing and can ignore if you are like me. Good recipe ideas are super fun but all in all I wish they had a self recipe aspect to the food system. Where you could track your own at home.

I like this app. Having tried Noom, I must say that this app is more user-friendly to track meals as you can choose previous food which is quicker. With the added fasting option which helps me not snack at night by doing 15-9 fasting. So far so good!

If you have a Fitbit this app is worthless. The customer service is atrocious. It responds with automatic AI. I recommend save your money do not use this AP!

I'm trying to cancel the subscription and there's no easy way to do it. I'm not using it. The meal plan that was offered on my plan I wouldn't feed to my dog. This isn't a plan I'm going to use, and I want a refund. You all got me trapped where I can't cancel and then there will be recurring fees.... I don't think so !!!! I'll just cancel it with my bank.

Not a free App. Free to download but then insist you got to pay for an annual subscription! I'm not interested in that if I have no idea what I'm getting out of what I'm buying. Agree with others, the Instagram advert quiz is deceiving as you never get the results it suggests it's giving.p
