Massively disappointed with the connectivity issue. Vehicle binds, but the app isn't communicating with the vehicle. Frustrating as Jaecoo instructed me to take the car back to the dealer for a software update, the dealer knew nothing about an update. The app needs looking at and updating to allow UK users ease of access. This is the only thing that lets down the vehicle. SORT IT OUT!! Doesn't even warrant 1 star.

This app does not work, very frustrating. I have entered all relevant information, and it does nothing, I feel like this app is only for the EV vehicles which is so is an absolute joke. Hopefully get a response on if this is true and if not then why mine isn't working? UPDATE!! Finally, had a reply back from services team, and they confirmed this app is only for PHEV models so no point in downloading unless you have the PHEV
