Firmware update on EO009: With earbuds connected, tap on firmware update. The update will be downloaded until it reaches 100%. It will prompt to put them in the case and hold the touch control for 6 seconds. Take them out to reconnect. It will say the update failed Tap the update again. Once it reaches 100%, it should show update successful. Not sure what it does.

Waste of money Headphones connect but don't play music, app does not connect to headphones even though Bluetooth connected. Headphones not even found by my iphone or my computer.

Do not update, I updated one of my earbuds one updated, but the other one didn't, and now it's not pairing with each other. I tried resetting it and other things to it but nothing works.
