Rented an SUV for 10 days from YYZ and it was great. The app was easy to use and the drivers that dropped off the car and picked up the car at the end of the rental was very friendly. Covid clean! Will rent again when we are back in YYZ.

On demand car are hands down one of the best if not the best services out there. For those that need a car, but rental locations are too far away to get to etc. The fellas that run this service are consulate professionals and the kindest folks out there. Always willing to help you out with your situation to make sure your rental time is comfortable and stressless. I honestly feel like these guys are my mates in some aspects. I highly recommend this service. You will not be disappointed.

The app doesn't work. Have to call to arrange a reservation...only to find out that they don't have enough staff to drop off & pick up the car. They DO NOT have any of the cars advertised on the app (i.e. Volkswagen Jetta) Be aware that they will take a $350 "security deposit" from your CC, before the trip. There IS paperwork to fill out before every trip. I phoned for a car two weeks in advance, and bcs it would be a 5:00 p/u on a Friday, they would not accommodate, due to short staff.
